Eligibility for Returns

In order to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was received.
  • The return must be requested within 15 days of the package arrival date.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.
  • Custom Orders are not eligible for a return or exchange. The image will be approved by customer prior to order fulfillment. 

Return Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@craftwithkt.com.
  2. Once you receive the return authorization, carefully package the product and include any accessories or documentation that came with it.
  3. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as a 10% restocking fee. 
  4. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Refund Policy

Upon approval of your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different design or size, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
